We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly answer your question and resolve the problem if any.

Returns & Replacements

1) Products must have been purchased directly from Hola Belle (our website). We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased. 2) Products must be returned within 7 days of order date. 3) We won't accept any return unless it's due to allergy to cause redness . Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number, prove of redness). 4) We cannot accept returns on overly used products. 5) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable). 6) Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned. 7) Should you decide to return a product for a refund, pleae email to info@hola-belle.com. 8) We do not provide mail return labels to international addresses at this time. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
